How long does a contract last?

Our standard contracts run for 12 to 24 months, but we are flexible according to client needs.

Are you fully insured?

SSClassic Cleaners has comprehensive insurance covering all aspects of our service. At the start of each contract we supply clients with a copy of our latest insurance policy as standard so you can arrest assure you are in safe hands.

What happens if my cleaner doesn’t turn up?

It is our responsibility to get your school and offices cleaned, so our operational managers will arrange an alternative solution. Staffing is critical to our service delivery so all employees are obliged to notify absences as soon as possible, it is part of their terms of employment.

Do you employ local cleaners?

We endeavour to supply cleaners from our clients local area to ensure to ensure they arrive at the clients premises scheduled on time.

Do you employ local area supervisors?

All our Area Supervisors live locally to the areas they cover.

Do you check cleaning standards?

Continuously. Our operational managers complete scheduled and ad-hoc audits and spot checks on sites – our clients do the same. This ensures complete transparency over all aspects of the service.

Are your cleaners trained?

All staff enrol in our training programme – we can provide full details of this when we quote.

Do you screen your cleaners?

We interview all applicants, check references from their previous employers and carry out DBS checks.

Are your cleaning products safe for our pupils in schools to be around?

Yes. We use chemical free products only to ensure safety of children should they accidently come into contact. The chemicals we use are safe, have little impact on the environment as they are eco friendly.

Are your cleaning products safe for our office staff to be around?

Do you supply all equipment and cleaning supplies?

Yes we do. Every new contract is issued we use new leading edge equipment and cleaning solutions. Our fee includes all materials and we guarantee to supply exactly what is needed whenever it is needed to complete the cleaning assignments.

Which hours do you work?

Whenever best suits our clients.  We know daytime is often out of the question so our teams are used to working flexibly with minimum disruption to your organization or establishment.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes we do. We visit your premises to assess your needs then send you a detailed proposal free of charge.

How much does contract cleaning cost?

Every school and office is different, so we assess each site individually. Our experience in the education and commercial sector means we are used to creating flexible, practical and, most importantly, cost-effective solutions for schools and offices of all types.

We have extensive experience of managing TUPE regulations and transferring staff. All you need to do is confirm when you want us to start and we do the rest.
